Do you see what this means—all these pioneers who blazed the way, all these veterans cheering us on? It means we’d better get on with it. Strip down, start running—and never quit! No extra spiritual fat, no parasitic sins. Keep your eyes on Jesus, who both began and finished this race we’re in. Study how he did it. Because he never lost sight of where he was headed—that exhilarating finish in and with God—he could put up with anything along the way: Cross, shame, whatever. And now he’s there, in the place of honor, right alongside God. When you find yourselves flagging in your faith, go over that story again, item by item, that long litany of hostility he plowed through. That will shoot adrenaline into your souls! The Shema Deuteronomy 6:4-9

1. Hear, O Israel (Open your ears to God) Vs 4

2.The Lord is ONE! Vs 4

3. You shall LOVE the Lord. Vs 4

4. Love With all your heart (Your HEART, Not your HEAD) Vs 5

5. Love With all your soul (Your SOUL, not your FLESH) Vs 5

6. Love With all your might! (Everything you’ve got) Vs 5

7. These things shall be on your heart (Heart knowledge, not just Head knowledge) Vs 6

8. You shall teach to your children (Pour into people) Vs 7

9. Talk of them when you sit down, when you walk, and when you rise (Continually be with God)Vs 7

10. You shall bind them as a sign on your hands (Always remind yourself who God is) Vs 8

11. They shall be front lets between your eyes (Let God be the focus) Vs 8

12. You shall write them on door post of your house. (Let God protect you) Vs 9

13. And on your Gates (Dwell on God, Never forget him) Vs 9

God is!
